In 2008, Kasey Kahne is looking to drive his #9 Budweiser Dodge Charger back to the head of the NASCAR Sprint Cup pack. After winning six races in 2006, Kahne had a more challenging year in 2007, but he is confident that he has the car and the team to make a strong run to qualifying for the 2008 Race for the Chase.

After a successful career in USAC, Kahne captured his first Busch series win in 2003, then followed that up in 2004 by winning the two NASCAR Craftsman Truck series races he entered. In 2004, he captured the Raybestos Rookie of the Year honors and won his first NASCAR cup series race at Richmond in 2005.
